The Spa & Hotel Le Finlandais is the largest establishment of its kind in Quebec. The diversity of its facilities also makes it unique in North America. Located in an enchanting natural setting in Rosemère, this spa-hotel-restaurant stands out for its original concept of Saunas of the World, which enable visitors to discover thermotherapy in all its geographical and cultural diversity.


Le Finlandais placed its trust in us in 2019 to evolve its brand image and handle the complete redesign of its website. Since then, the establishment has entrusted all its communications to our agency. This long-term mandate involves meeting needs that are both recurring and changing, depending on the seasons and times of year, while ensuring consistent communications.

Communications management

Throughout the year, CDC takes care of Le Finlandais’ communications, managing its social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram) and sending out a newsletter two or three times a month. The challenge of this part of the mandate is to create original content with different objectives from month to month - some posts are informative, while others are more commercial in nature. In addition, CDC provides strategic follow-up, regularly analyzing the metrics and performance of the publications.


Seasonal campaigns

These targeted campaigns are based on the high points of the year: the holiday season, which is particularly crucial for gift card sales, but also Valentine's Day, the summer season, Mother's Day... The approach to these campaigns must be renewed each year, and their objectives vary to promote the different sectors (spa, hotel...) and the diversity of facilities.

CDC takes charge of every step: campaign strategy, concept creation, media placement and multi-platform deployment (digital, TV, radio, in-store kiosks and displays).

 

Product range development

CDC played a key role in developing a complete product line exclusive to the establishment. The agency designed specific product signatures: robes, water bottles, beanies, sandals, and beauty products that add an irresistible and unique touch to Le Finlandais' offerings while enhancing its brand visibility.

Website and brand deployment

Our agency was commissioned to evolve and harmonize Le Finlandais' brand image, while respecting the identity forged over the years. The assignment took the form of a comprehensive communications strategy, including a website redesign, a communications overhaul and a modernized advertising approach. The Saunas of the World concept was placed at the heart of the new site, and the user experience was optimized to ensure more effective calls to action. Since then, CDC has been responsible for keeping the website up to date, lively and dynamic, highlighting the richness of the facilities and the professionalism of the services offered. Our agency is also responsible for producing all of Le Finlandais's printed communication materials, including loyalty cards, gift cards, sales kiosks, and posters.
