Toitures Hogue's old website was no longer in line with the company's dynamism, reputation and importance in the current market. With its elegant, sober and clear graphics, the new website reinforces the brand image of Toitures Hogue by highlighting the professionalism of the company.
The website emphasises the human aspect, echoing the employer brand created by CDC and strategically designed to highlight well-being at work around the motto: "Taking care of the world, taking care of our world". The images of the employees are at the core of the design, which underlines both their professional fulfilment and their valuable contribution to the company.

Attracting new talent
Developed by CDC, the Toitures Hogue company's employer brand is embodied by the motto Taking care of our world. Toitures Hogue is particularly committed to its employees, whether by operating its own training centre, providing state-of-the-art equipment or with original initiatives such as the official Sugar Hogue food truck visiting teams on the job sites.
To promote this employer brand, the website has a comprehensive careers section and video segments featuring testimonials from key people in the company. CDC was responsible for the design, filming, editing and integration of these interviews.

The redesign of Toitures Hogue's presentation tools was completed with the design of a corporate brochure. This brochure provides a showcase for what the company has become in recent years by visually reflecting the strength of its brand image and the elegance of its workmanship.

Recruitment campaign
Growing together towards a common goal, feeling a strong sense of belonging, being part of a big family... what better way to demonstrate this than by referring to a team sport? CDC supported Toitures Hogue in its recruitment campaign, which kicked off during the Super Bowl. "It's on the field, when we all work together, that we can feel this sense of belonging: that's what we wanted to convey through this television ad," explains Benjamin Trépanier, Associate, Strategy and New Media at Cyclone Design Communications.
From concept to web integration, from media strategy to the editing of the ad for broadcast on RDS during this major sporting event, CDC put its creative and strategic talents to work to reach an increasingly hard-to-please audience in record time. "Thanks to a comprehensive media plan that included a radio campaign, a content strategy for social networks, a web component and digital placements, we were able to achieve such good results and an excellent response rate," says Sandra Morissette, Director of Strategic Consulting at CDC.
