For 10 years now, CDC has been guiding the city of Blainville through a number of graphic and interactive communications projects. From the complete design of annual campaigns to the production of promotional tools and the redesign of visual identities, the agency offers the city graphic solutions adapted to each project. The wide range of mandates to be carried out, often simultaneously, is a major challenge for the municipality. Setting up a production team dedicated to this client ensures that the work runs smoothly.
A team made up of an art director to ensure visual consistency, a project manager to oversee the progress of projects and two graphic designers, enables the city of Blainville to produce effective, visually striking communication tools, sometimes to very tight deadlines. 360° public consultation campaign
In 2023, the City of Blainville wanted to produce a set of communication tools concerning the urban and land-use vision for highway 117.
The objective was to consult residents through a questionnaire on the future of this artery, so that it would correspond to their aspirations.
CDC designed the identity for this campaign, as well as the promotional tools aimed at raising awareness of the city's initiative among its residents.

Infrastructure work campaign
In 2022, the city of Blainville began major infrastructure work on
highways that are heavily used by the public. The municipality
therefore needed to develop an effective communications plan to
inform its residents of the work to come, tell them about the
areas impacted and make them aware of the nature of the work.
The city also wanted to revamp the image of its general campaign,
which could then be easily adapted for the various worksites
throughout the city.

Paul Mercier
Library
In September 2015, the City of Blainville also commissioned the agency to design the launch campaign for the Paul-Mercier Library. To this end, CDC produced a series of graphic elements.




Sports Hall of Fame Lane
The Sports Hall of Fame Lane of Blainville is a billboard installation concept designed to pay tribute to citizens who have left their mark on the city's history through their sporting achievements. Unveiled one by one for the next 10 years, the billboards of the Sports Hall of Fame Lane presented a major challenge, since the concept for the temporary and permanent faces had to be created simultaneously.
